Custom Made Cold Air Intake (CAI)
Custom CAI (Cold Air Intake):
Ok, So why do this Custom? Actually I like doing things my self, and since I'll benefit from the buck$ that i'll save, why not.
The Idea is to buy a performance Air Filter (aka Rally filters or Cone Filter), hook it up instead of the stock airbox and then direct COLD air to the cone, while keeping a heatshield between it and the engine :).
I have recorded a Before & After sound of the engine, so that you'll hear for yourself the difference that a Cold Air Intake makes. Here they are:

Below are three steps to making this CAI. Step I will discuss how to make the heatshield. while Step II will talk about the piece that I made to direct cold air from the front spoiler, between the two brake air duct openings, there is this long stretched opening that is (closed with a plastic cover), and finally Step III is about the Installation and final notes.
